Venushine is invite-only. You can create an account with a valid referral code from a current member. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Orders are placed in the Venushine app. Prices are shown in Indian rupees. An order is confirmed once we have received your payment. We may cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, and if we do we will refund anything you have paid.

If a product is faulty or damaged you can return it within the return window set out on our returns page. Refunds go to the bank account on your order, less any charges described there.

Only customers who have bought a product can review it. Keep reviews honest and civil. We may hide or remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

Your referral code is personal to you. Share it only with people you know, and do not use it in a misleading way. We may suspend accounts that misuse the invitation system.

Do not misuse the app or website: no attempts to break or overload them, access other people's accounts, or use them for anything unlawful.

We take care to keep Venushine accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.
