Privacy policy

How Venushine handles the information you give us when you use the Venushine app and this website.

Last updated: 28 October 2026

01What we collect

When you create an account and use the app, we collect:

  • Your full name and mobile number, and a password (stored in a form we cannot read back).
  • The referral code you joined with, and your own referral code.
  • Delivery addresses you save, and the orders you place.
  • Bank account details you add for refunds: the account holder's name, bank, IFSC code and account number.
  • Reviews you write and any return requests you make.

This website only shows our public catalogue. It does not ask you to sign in, and it does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

02How we use it

  • To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
  • To process, deliver and keep track of your orders.
  • To handle returns and send refunds to the bank account on your order.
  • To show reviews next to products and to run the invite-only community.

03How it is protected

Your account number is stored encrypted, and only the last four digits are shown back to you in the app. Passwords are stored hashed. Access to the systems that hold your information is limited to the people who need it to run Venushine.

04Who sees it

Venushine staff who manage orders, returns and the community can see the information needed to do that work. A member who invited you is not shown your contact details, but the app shows you the name of the member who invited you.

We use service providers to host our systems and store files. They handle information only to provide that service to us. We do not sell your information.

05Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account. Reach us from the contact page. Some records, such as completed orders, may need to be kept for accounting and legal reasons.

06Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will also be announced in the app.
